Key Functions

  1. 1Manage recruitment, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary matters for all ministry staff
  2. 2Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
  3. 3Plan and coordinate staff training and capacity building programs
  4. 4Manage organizational structure reviews and reforms
  5. 5Maintain staff records and personnel database
  6. 6Coordinate performance evaluation systems
