Mandate
Promotes the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through policy support, financial access programs, business development services, and capacity building.
Key Functions
- 1Develop and implement MSME promotion policies and programs
- 2Facilitate access to financing and credit for MSMEs
- 3Provide business development services and advisory support
- 4Organize training and capacity building for MSME owners
- 5Maintain MSME registry and database
- 6Support MSME participation in domestic and international trade fairs
- 7Coordinate with financial institutions on MSME lending programs
- 8Monitor and report on MSME sector performance
