- 1Issue and manage licenses for wholesale and retail trade businesses
- 2Register and regulate distribution and franchise businesses
- 3Inspect and monitor markets, shops, and commercial centres
- 4Enforce consumer protection laws and manage consumer rights
- 5Monitor market prices and report on price stability
- 6Receive and process consumer complaints
- 7Develop domestic trade policies and regulations
- 8Manage non-tariff measures (NTMs) for domestic trade
